What is All-on-X?

All-on-X (all-on-4 to 6) is an innovative dental implant technique that allows us to replace an entire arch of missing teeth (upper, lower, or both) with a full set of fixed, natural-looking teeth using just four to six strategically placed dental implants. This means fewer implants, a quicker procedure, and often, a new smile in just one day!

A Permanent Solution: Benefits of All-on-X

  • Permanent Solution: Unlike dentures, All-on-X implants are a fixed, long-lasting solution designed to last for decades.
  • Enhanced Comfort & Stability: Say goodbye to slipping dentures and uncomfortable adhesives. All-on-X provides a secure and stable bite.
  • Improved Chewing Function: Enjoy all your favorite foods again without restrictions
Natural Appearance & Feel: Our custom-designed prosthetics look and feel just like natural teeth.
  • Preserve Bone Health: Implants stimulate your jawbone, preventing bone loss and maintaining facial structure.
  • Preserve Bone Health:   A beautiful, functional smile can significantly improve your self-esteem and quality of life.

How it Works

  • Step 1: Your Personalized Consultation & Planning

To be a good candidate for dental implants, you should have good oral health and sufficient bone density to support the implant. You should also have healthy gums and be committed to maintaining good oral hygiene.

  • Step 2: Clear Financial Planning for Your Investment

We believe in complete transparency, especially when it comes to your investment in a new smile. Once your personalized treatment plan is developed, our dedicated team will sit down with you to provide a clear, comprehensive overview of all associated costs. We'll thoroughly explain everything, answer all your questions, and work with you to explore the best financial options to make your dream smile a reality.

We're pleased to offer a variety of solutions, including:

    • Flexible Payment Plans: We partner with reputable third-party financing companies that offer flexible payment plans with attractive interest rates, including potential interest-free options for qualified individuals. These plans allow you to spread the cost of your treatment into manageable monthly installments that fit your budget.
    • Health Savings Accounts (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): If you have an HSA or FSA through your employer, these tax-advantaged accounts can often be utilized to cover the cost of your dental implant treatment.
    • Traditional Payment Methods: Of course, we also accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and personal checks.

Our goal is to ensure you feel completely comfortable and confident with your financial plan before moving forward.

  • Step 3: Ensuring Your Comfort – Our Sedation Options

We prioritize your comfort above all else. We know that dental procedures can sometimes feel daunting, and we offer a range of gentle sedation options to ensure a relaxed and stress-free experience:

    • Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas): For a mild and easily reversible sense of calm, nitrous oxide is inhaled through a small mask. You'll feel relaxed and at ease, but remain fully aware and able to communicate. It wears off quickly, allowing you to often drive yourself home.
    • Oral Conscious Sedation: If you prefer a deeper level of relaxation, we can prescribe an oral medication to be taken before your appointment. You'll feel very drowsy and may even drift into a light sleep, though you'll still be able to respond to our gentle prompts. You'll need a trusted friend or family member to drive you home after this option.
    • IV Sedation (Intravenous Sedation): For those with significant dental anxiety or longer procedures, IV sedation offers the deepest level of relaxation available in our office. Medication is delivered directly into your bloodstream, providing a profound sense of calm. You'll likely have little to no memory of the procedure itself, and we'll closely monitor you throughout. A responsible companion will be required for your ride home.

We'll discuss which sedation option is best suited for your individual needs and medical history during your consultation, ensuring you feel completely at ease with your choice.

  • Step 4: Implant Placement & Immediate Gratification

During a single, comfortable procedure, your dental implants are precisely placed into your jawbone. Thanks to the innovative All-on-X technique, many of our patients can walk out of our studio on the very same day with a beautiful, temporary set of teeth – giving you an instant confidence boost!

  • Step 5: Healing & Natural Integration

Over the next few months, a remarkable natural process called osseointegration occurs. This is where your new dental implants naturally fuse with your jawbone, creating an incredibly strong and stable foundation for your permanent smile. We'll monitor your progress closely during this time.

  • Step 6: Your Permanent, Dazzling Smile

Once optimal healing is achieved, your custom-crafted, permanent prosthetic is meticulously attached to the integrated implants. This final step completes your journey, revealing your beautiful, functional, and natural-looking new smile – ready for you to enjoy all your favorite foods and laugh with renewed confidence!
